The Truth Behind Nutmeg and ManHood!

Do you know how Nutmeg affects men's Sexual Performance? The Truth Behind Nutmeg and Manhood - I have always heard that nutmeg has negative effects on men's Penis, and I always wondered if it was true. I put it to myself to do an investigation - and this is what I found out.

I don't really know about other countries - but back home (Dominican Republic) people always said that nutmeg ruins a man's penis - if they consume nutmeg they will not have an erection - I mean everybody back home loves nutmeg, it is the first ingredient for coffee. Lots of them said without nutmeg coffee is tasteless, so that means that all that man penis doesn't work. Uh poor wife's. I have met men that said: I don't drink nutmeg - it has negative effects on the penis "It won't go up""lol".

I don't know where these men heard this statement about nutmeg because nutmeg is actually very beneficiary if it is consumed really small portions in men's and women's sexual health. Research has been made and the benefits are spectaculars - I mean I want nutmeg in my coffee too. But like every single thing on earth, it has its positive and negative.

Nutmeg: Negative and Positive in Men

Positive in Men:

It’s important to note that scientific evidence supporting specific sexual health benefits of nutmeg is limited, and claims in this regard should be taken with caution. Nutmeg can cause death if it is consumed in large portions.

Nutmeg has a long history of use as an aphrodisiac, meaning it is believed to increase sexual desire and performance. Some people attribute these properties to its aroma and warming effects on the body.

In various traditional cultures, nutmeg has been used as a remedy for various sexual health concerns, including erectile dysfunction and low libido.

Nutmeg has been mentioned in the history of Unani medicine for improving sexual disorders in men such as erection. Consumption in small portions increases the performance and durability of the sexual act. Nutmeg can also increase sperm count - uh if you are trying to get pregnant is time to give your men some nutmeg an hour before the act.

Negative in Men:

Nutmeg is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth and used appropriately. Nutmeg is a commonly used spice in foods.

Nutmeg is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth in doses larger than amounts found in foods and for long periods of time. Long-term use of nutmeg in doses of 120 mg or more daily has been linked to hallucinations and other mental side effects. People who have taken larger doses of nutmeg have experienced nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, irregular heartbeat, agitation and hallucinations. Other serious side effects have included death.

Conclusion:

It's important to note that nutmeg should be consumed in moderation as excessive amounts may cause adverse effects. Incorporating nutmeg into your diet, combined with a balanced lifestyle, can promote overall well-being, specifically benefitting men's health. I don't necessarily believe in the benefits that nutmeg causes in men, but I disagree that nutmeg will cause a man's penis not to have a erection.

How about you? From your own experience. Do you believe in the powers of nutmeg?
