There are so many different ways that people make this yummy dessert, this is why I suggest making it a few times and then creating your customization if you like extra sweet, more eggs, cream, etc. I don't like the smell of eggs in my flan this is why I only use three eggs white and 1 full egg. Most people put 6, 3 eggs white and 3 full eggs. For the cake, I substitute the water for evaporated milk and oil for butter. Just have fun taste your ingredients and do what you like best. This is my way after trying everybody else way.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs whites
1 Full Eggs
1 Can Condense Milk
1 Can Evaporate Milk
2/4 Sugar

Preheat your oven at 350F
Melt the sugar, once the sugar is caramelized, transfer it to the container that you will put in the oven. Set aside.
Put in the blender all the ingredients, Blend well
Add the mixture in the container with the caramelized sugar
Put aside
The Cake: Follow the instruction on the Box mine
Add it to the Flan mixture
Cover it with foil paper
Get another oven-proof container bigger than the one you are making the flan.
put it inside and add water. This is called Maria Bath.
put it in the oven for 1 hour. It depends on how hot your oven gets - could be less or more.
To see if it is ready just stick a clean knife, if it comes out clean whala is ready.
You can also put in the oven the flan first for 30 minutes and then add the chocolate for a more clean look.
