The Beginner's Guide to Juicing!

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show - the juicer. A juicer is a powerful appliance that extracts the natural juices from fruits and vegetables, leaving behind the fibrous pulp. After trying so many juicers that didn't match my needs I finally invested in a Nama J2 Juicer. You don't have to buy the Nama, please stick to your budget. I don't get anything from Nama if you do. Just wanted to through this here. But this is the one that is working for me so far, and at that price range it better work.



Once you have your juicer sorted, it's time to gather your ingredients. Experiment with a wide range of fruits and vegetables to create delicious and nutritious juice combinations. Write down the main reason of why do you want to start juicing. My reason is I'm always bloated and Hormonal acne is destroying my social life - not that I have one. I've always eaten pretty clean, visited a dermatologist, and tested thousands of products and nothing is working. I want to see if this works for my skin appearance and helps with acne. I have also learned so much about the benefits and importance of juicing that I want to change the habits of my entire family. In my house, there would not be a store shelf of juice. I decided that all the juice that my kids will take, will be extracted from the juicer. They will be getting all the vitamins and nutrients that regular juice that sells in the store does not have. Weight loss - by juicing you can replace up to two meals a day - I do believe that it will be perfect for weight loss.
