The Best Carrot OatMeal Juice

My favorite homemade carrot oatmeal juice - My mother used to give it to me every morning before school.

There are so many different ways people make this delicious drink. As my grandmother used to say - don't judge anybody in the kitchen - everybody has their way of cooking and preparing food, as long they have good hygiene. The way that I'm going to show here is the way my family like, you can always substitute the ingredients for a healthy version. This drink is best in the morning as it has a lot of benefits and it will make you feel full for a long time.

The best carrot oatmeal that I had ever had. Thank you Mother

Carrot Oatmeal Juice.

Ingredients:

This is a super easy recipe - it will take you like 20 minutes to make.

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats - whole grains

  • 3 to 4 carrots peel and cut in half

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 cans of evaporated milk or 3 cups of milk of your choice

  • 3 limes

  • Water

  • 1/2 Sugar - for the lime juice

  • Ice

Directions:

You will need a blender, strainer, two medium bows, and a lime squeezer.

  1. In the blender add your peel carrots, the milk, and the oats. Blend everything until a juice is formed.

  2. Get your bow and strainer - place the strainer in the bow. Pass the juice through the strainer. If you are not making more juice with the leftover in the strainer dispose. Put juice in the fridge while you make your lime juice.

  3. Cut your limes in half. Squeeze out the limes in the other bow. Add sugar and water. Mix. Taste! There you go you have lime juice :).

  4. Pour the ice in the lime juice - mix well until the lime juice is super cold. Bring the carrot oatmeal juice, pour it into the lime juice - mix well.

  5. Serve right away. Enjoy!

If you would like to serve the juice later on put it in the fridge right away, but suggest putting both juices without mixing them in the fridge, and mix them when you are going to serve.

Do you make carrot oatmeal juice? If you how do you make it? I would love to read and try different recipes.
