Morning Booster Juice Recipe

The portion that I'm doing in the video is for two. I will provide ingredients for 1 below.


Ingredients:

2 cups of Watermelon

Half of a Honey Dew

Half of a Cantaloupe

1. Lemon


Clean, Peel, and Cut all the fruits as needed for your juicer.

Feed it to your juicer in that order and Enjoy!

Honey Dew: is a nutritious summer fruit that provides key nutrients, including vitamin C and water. It's also been linked to better skin health and protection against chronic diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.


Cantaloupe: Cantaloupe has twice as much vitamin C as honeydew, with about 100% of your daily value (compared with 51% in honeydew) in a 1-cup serving. cantaloupes pack a lot more beta-carotene, an antioxidant whose pigment gives fruits an orange or yellow color. Beta-carotene converts into vitamin A, which supports immunity, skin, bone, and eye health.
