Green Goodness Juice

Green Juice is a refreshing and nutrient-packed beverage that can be easily made with a juicer. Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, it's an excellent way to boost your overall health and well-being. To make this invigorating drink, start by gathering a variety of green vegetables and fruits such as kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, parsley, apple, and lemon.


Green Goodness Juice

Even though I don't like the taste that much this juice is nothing short of amazing. It has the most benefits that your body will need.



Ingredients:

  1. Cup Carrots

  2. Cup Green, Red, or Savoy Cabbage

  3. 1 Small Cucumber

  4. 1 Small Green Bell Pepper

  5. 1 Large Kale Leaf

  6. 1 Small Bunch Cilantro


  • Peel, cut, or chop the ingredients as needed.

  • Cleaning with abundant water

  • Feed the ingredients through the Juicer

  • Stir the juice and pour into glasses to serve.

It can be stored preferably in an airtight glass container for 24 hours. Enjoy!

Green Bell Pepper: Green peppers contain a variety of nutrients and are rich in vitamins C and B6. They're a great way to increase your fiber and nutrient intake while protecting your heart, eye, and gut health.


Kale Leaf: Kale is also rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, antioxidants that reduce your risk of macular degeneration and other age-related eye diseases. Kale offers an abundance of nutrients that support heart health, including potassium, fiber, folate, and calcium.


Cilantro: The cilantro plant contains dodecenal, an antimicrobial compound that may help protect your body against infections and illnesses caused by tainted food. The compound is effective against Salmonella, a microbe that can cause life-threatening food poisoning.
