Going Organic!

Exploring the Connection Between Organic Food and Mental Health

Organic food has become increasingly popular in recent years, with more and more people choosing to consume it for a variety of reasons. One area of interest is the possible connection between organic food and mental health. Some studies have suggested that consuming organic food may lead to lower rates of depression and anxiety, although the research in this area is still in its early stages and more studies are needed to fully understand the relationship. Nonetheless, many people report feeling better both physically and mentally when they eat organic food, which may be due to the absence of certain chemicals and pesticides found in conventionally grown produce.

For so many years I have suffered from Hormonal Acne, it is so depressing that I have tried everything. My last resource is changing my eating and shopping habits, even though I don't believe that I eat bad food. I home-cook everything - I don't consume oil, and if I do, I will choose Avocado oil. But this is a new method that I want to try for myself and I want to document it. To answer the question before I get asked - if I get asked, why don't you go to the dermatologist? I have lots of times. I get better in two or three months, then that's it. The nasty breakout comes again. I don't even want to go outside anymore because my face is just horrible, it is not my entire face it is just my chin area, but still I can't stand it. I don't even want to look in the mirror. Maybe this is why I want to hide behind a computer.

If anyone has the same issue or had it, can you advise me on what to do? A little help please.

Thank you!
